Pizza Toast
So simple and delicious! Want to switch it up, use toasted English muffins instead.

Ingredients
- 1 slice bread
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 handful cheese grated
- Toppings of your choice (I've used red and yellow pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on a medium heat.
- Toast the bread on one side under the grill.1 slice bread
- Turn the bread over and top with the tomato puree, cheese and toppings.1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 handful cheese, Toppings of your choice
- Grill for a minute or two or until the cheese has melted.

Notes
Every day in the UK, 20 million slices of bread are thrown away. Make a small change and toast your bread straight from the freezer and you won’t ever notice the difference!
If you find yourself cutting off toast crusts, keep them in the freezer and blitz into breadcrumbs when you have enough.
