Ingredients
- 1 avocado or 130g frozen avocado
- 2 bananas
- 100 ml oat milk can sub for another plant-based milk or full fat cow’s milk
- 2 tbsp cacao
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a smooth consistency.1 avocado, 2 bananas, 100 ml oat milk, 2 tbsp cacao
- Pour into a suitable pot and pop into the fridge until chilled.
Notes
Store chocolate pots in the fridge for up to two days.
Freezing tips: If you don’t think you can use all 6 mini pots, remember you can half the recipe and keep the unused half avocado wrapped tightly in clingfilm for up to 2 days to use on toast, in smoothies, lollies or as guacamole!
Whilst these pots can be safely frozen, oat milk does not typically freeze well (it can become grainy) so an alternative milk may be more suitable if you wish to freeze any of these pots.
