Refund Policy

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are faulty. We do not accept change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges. We cannot guarantee our silicone products will be strain-proof for all food and will not be able to accept refunds, returns or exchanges for any stained products. There may be some slight cosmetic colour discrepancies with your silicone products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to slight colour differences. Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not be able to refund or exchange products due to this reason.

If you have purchased an item that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent, so we are able to help.

If you are returning a faulty item, to be eligible for an exchange or refund the following terms need to be met:

• Item is returned to us within 30 days of purchase
• Item is in a new and unused condition. Scrummy Tummies Ltd reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a returned product is in new condition.
• You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase.
• Return postage costs are paid by the customer (please note that the original postage charge will not be included in the refund amount).
• Should you wish to return your item(s), please first send an email to info@scrummytummies.com the subject as “Return” followed by your order number.
