Katie Shelton - Scrummy Tummies
Katie Shelton is the founder of Scrummy Tummies, who specialise in everything baby-led weaning.
Katie shares her free recipes, meal ideas and weaning advice with her 100k+ Instagram followers and has been supporting other families on their weaning journeys since 2019.
Since weaning her own daughter she has developed a huge passion for weaning, particularly baby-led weaning and works alongside other industry experts to ensure she is always giving up to date and correct advice.
Jenna Brown - Food Safety Mum
Jenna Brown, aka @Foodsafetymum, is a food safety expert passionate about promoting food safety in the home! Jenna has given food safety information on all of our online recipes, including ways to safely store, freeze and reheat our recipes.
Jenna is a fully qualified Environmental Health Practitioner and has been specialising in food safety and public health for over 11 years after obtaining a First-Class honours degree in Environmental Health.
As a busy mum of two herself, Jenna is passionate about using her expertise to educate others to help give people confidence when cooking at home or when eating out and about, helping them to keep their families safe and reduce food waste without compromising on safety.

Kate Ball - Mini First Aid
Kate Ball is the founder of Mini First Aid, the UK’s largest specialist paediatric first aid training company. Mini First Aid train over 1000 families every week.
In 2021 Mini First Aid featured on Dragons’ Den, securing investment from Sara Davies.
Kate is a Mum of six (including two sets of twins!) Kate and the team at Mini First Aid are delighted to work in partnership with Scrummy Tummies to give safe weaning and choking prevention advice to give parents on the weaning journey the peace of mind they deserve. Lucy Upton - The Children's Dietitian
Lucy is an experienced Registered Paediatric Dietitian and Nutritionist, with over 12 years of
experience. She is passionate about helping babies, children and their families achieve
happiness and health with food and nutrition. Her knowledge of front-line dietetics and
nutrition helps to bring evidence-based and pragmatic advice when supporting families. She
has a breadth of experience working in both the NHS and private sector, across children’s
services, including a tertiary Children’s hospital.
Lucy is now director of her own business, The Children’s Dietitian Ltd – supporting children
and their families in her clinics, by providing courses, resources and ultimately
empowerment through education. Her special areas of interest include; food allergies, fussy
eating, feeding difficulties, weaning, coeliac disease, constipation, growth concerns or those
requiring medical nutrition support.Â
