These are such a quick, easy and healthy breakfast. They go well with some greek yoghurt for your baby to dip them in or you can add some chopped fruit or cinnamon to mix up the flavour.
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 ripe banana
1 egg, whisked
1/4 cup of oats
These are super soft and can be given to your baby from six months old. These can be kept in an airtight container for a few days or frozen for up to three months. To cook from frozen just pop in the microwave for 20 seconds or until cooked through. Leave to cool before offering to you baby.
