Peanut Butter & Banana Pastries
These are such a sweet little treat and super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 bananas
- 100% peanut butter
Instructions
- Get the pastry out of the fridge and leave on the side about 30 minutes before starting.1 sheet puff pastry
- Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the pastry into 8 rectangles.
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each rectangle leaving a small border on each one.100% peanut butter
- Slice the bananas and add 4-5 slices on each rectangle.2 bananas
- Add to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Cut into finger strips to serve.

Store pastries in an airtight container for three days or freeze for up to three months.
To freeze, make sure the pastries have fully cooled. Place a piece of baking paper between each pastry (to stop them sticking together) and place them into a labelled freezer bag. When you’re ready, defrost the pastry for a couple of hours at room temperature and it’s ready to eat, or pop back in the oven for 10-15 minutes to reheat.
