These bliss balls are a great way to get that all important fruit into your little one. They're a no bake recipe so you don't need an oven, you can mix up the fruits to create different flavours and are soft enough to give from six months old.
5 strawberries (frozen strawberries can be used but will need to add in the extra oats mentioned below)
330g oats (250g to begin with, slowly add the remainder if needed depending on consistency of the mixture)
20g desiccated coconut (plus a little extra for rolling in)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp milk (can sub for plant based alternative)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
These can be frozen for up to three months or stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Try and put them in the freezer seperately to avoid them sticking together. To reheat, put in the microwave until warmed through, around 30 seconds. Strawberrys can be replaced with another berry.
