This is great for little ones that wont eat their vegetables. You don't have to stick to the recipe, you can add all sorts of vegetables to this risotto. A filling dish for all the family. Just season the adults food once the babies portion has been taken out.
1 tsp olive oil
1 parsnip, finely diced
2 carrots, finely diced
300g risotto rice
1 bay leaf
1.2 litres low salt vegetable stock, using two stock cubes
140g frozen peas
Suitable for babies from six months.
