As you can see from the recipe video these banana weetabix muffins are so quick and easy recipe to make you will have them in the oven in minutes. You can also add berries if you'd like to add some extra flavour.
4 weetabix (any brand is fine)
1 ripe banana
2 eggs, whisked
1 tsp maple syrup (can sub for Sweet Freedom light syrup)
These can be kept in an airtight container for a couple of days or frozen for up to three months. To cook from frozen just pop in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cooked through. Leave to cool before offering to you baby. Younger babies may need the muffin cutting into halves or quarters to make it easier to hold.
